We are looking for a resource who can accurately process payroll and maintain compliance with regulations. Resolve payroll issues, collaborate with HR and finance, and manage payroll software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and timely for all employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and overtime.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of employee information, including salary changes, benefits, and deductions.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed. Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary changes to payroll processes.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll processing.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll software systems.
- Generate payroll-related reports for management and external auditors.
- Participate in payroll audits and provide necessary documentation and support.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, especially Excel is must
